At Harvey Oak, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our beds. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in new, unused condition, free from wear, damage, or signs of assembly.

It must be returned in the original packaging with all parts, hardware, and instructions intact.

Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Items that show signs of use, damage from improper assembly, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at harveyoakbed@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with:

Important: Do not send your product back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error (wrong item, damage in transit, etc.).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund approval. If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

Warranty for Manufacturer Defects
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects. This covers defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use.
Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Changes in wood grain or color variations (as solid wood is a natural material)

Damage from improper assembly, misuse, neglect, or accidents

Commercial use or modification of the product
Warranty claims will be handled separately from returns and may involve repair, replacement, or parts fulfillment at our discretion.
Damages and Issues Upon Delivery
Please inspect your bed immediately upon delivery. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at harveyoakbed@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Contact us at harveyoakbed@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Abuse of Return Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds in cases of:
